“One of my fondest memories from BAIS would have to be packing out a tiny car and road tripping across the desert in the north of Argentina. With each passing minute the landscape would change completely – from multi-coloured hills to sweeping salt flats. Moving to Buenos Aires for a year was a testing experience, on many fronts.“

Tom undertook ICS in Argentina, and in addition to the suite of host university subjects and self-directed research he undertook, he made videos for his professional portfolio in the process.

“The confidence I developed by living in a country so foreign to Australia motivated me to keep travelling and contributed in my decision to move to Barcelona, where I currently live.”
