“The Bachelor of International Studies gave me the opportunity to live in another country and the tools to analyse and understand the culture and people that lived there. The skills I learnt through my degree have been crucial for my career in humanitarian assistance and regularly help me build an image of the society I am in and how it functions. My fondest memories of the Bachelor of International Studies were the friendships I made with fellow students in the degree and in Spain (the country in which I studied).“

Rob undertook ICS in Spain.  He currently works with Medecins Sans Frontieres in the Emergency Unit as a Country Director and Emergency Coordinator. Over the past few years he has led emergency responses in Bangladesh, Iraq, Syria and Yemen.
